Eligibility Criteria

Refunds are only available if the firmware fails to initialize
or does not function as specified, provided all installation
protocols have been followed correctly.

Once a firmware license has been activated on any device, no
refunds will be processed under any circumstances.

Refund eligibility window expires 12 hours after purchase
completion.

No compensation for services marked as "maintenance mode" at the
time of purchase.

Compatibility issues due to unsupported hardware configurations
are not eligible for refunds.
